I work with community groups, family support projects, housing organisations, disability services, and services that support people who may face barriers to accessing wellbeing opportunities.
I create accessible and welcoming wellbeing experiences shaped around the needs of each group. Depending on the group, these may include mindfulness, breathwork, gentle and restorative yoga, grounding practices, time in nature, creative reflection, and practical wellbeing tools.
My approach is flexible, inclusive, and trauma-informed, creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and able to participate in a way that feels right for them.
