I have over twenty-five years' experience working across social care, wellbeing, education, and community settings, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges, pressures, and rewards of working with and supporting people
I teach on the Certificate in Trauma-Informed Care at UCC and previously spent fifteen years delivering Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training to health and social care professionals. Alongside my years of frontline work, these experiences have shaped the workshops, retreats, and wellbeing supports I now offer.
My work draws on extensive experience supporting young people, families, staff teams, and community groups, together with qualifications in wellbeing, holistic health, breathwork, and yoga..
Supporting women is also an important part of my work. I care deeply about creating meaningful experiences for women - many of whom are balancing busy lives and caring roles, with little time to prioritise their own wellbeing.
